Create a Grid in Gridly with Source and Target columns and ensure you have dependencies set correctly
Ensure that your View contains Source, Target and Path columns
All columns should be viewable and editable (check in the Manage columns menu)
Fill in the View ID and API key of your Grid
Select the file type you are uploading
Browse to the SRT, HTML, XLIFF(1.2 or 2.0), JSON(exported from WriterDuet or PS5), VDF(STEAM localization export) or an XML exported from Xbox Live, SFM from PS4 file you wish to import
Click on the Import button
Once imported please refresh Gridly
File Import
Re-Import
Fill in the View ID and API key of your Grid
Browse to the SRT, HTML, XLIFF(1.2 or 2.0), JSON(exported from WriterDuet) or an XML exported from Xbox Live file you wish to import
Ensure that the file name to be Re-Imported is the same as the original filename imported. This can be found in the Path directory. If different then a new set of records will be generated
If you Re-Import a file with changed source text then associated translated target text will be deleted and the status of that record will be changed to "Unset". If TM is enabled then this will auto populate any records with existing translations from the TM.
Select the file type you are uploading
Click on the Re-Import button
Once imported please refresh Gridly
File Reimport
Export
You can only export files that were imported into Gridly using this functionality
Fill in the View ID and API key of the Grid you want to export from
Wait until the language and the file are synched
Select the file an the language you want to export
